This International Women’s Day, two Comox Valley entrepreneurs are launching a new structured peer framework designed to help business owners turn momentum into real traction.

Lori Lynch, founder of Flow Digital, and Suzie Read, founder of Suzie Read Coaching, began meeting weekly last year while building their respective businesses.

“We weren’t short on effort,” says Read. “What changed everything was creating a structured space. Once we stopped thinking alone and added structure, momentum built naturally.”

Their weekly conversations evolved into a disciplined system: the Growth Partner Model. Each session follows a clear structure aligned to annual and quarterly goals. The focus is business development strategy only. Client matters are never discussed. Conversations are translated into visible action through a digital project system.

Lynch brings digital systems design to track commitments and identify patterns over time. Read applies reflective questioning to sharpen decisions and maintain alignment.

“The International Women’s Day theme of ‘Give to Gain’ aligns perfectly with our experience,” says Lynch. “Through structured reflection, we empower each other, gain sharper decisions and real momentum. Now we want to share that framework with others.”

The Growth Partner Model will be introduced publicly through a video released on International Women’s Day, March 8.

A live webinar on April 15 will walk through the framework in detail and provide practical tools for entrepreneurs who want to build their own structured growth partnership.

While both founders are active in the women’s business community, the model is open to all business owners seeking greater clarity, focus, and disciplined progress.
